When I was building my first SaaS, I quickly realized how important customer feedback was. Reaching out over email was hit and miss, and I wasn't getting great response rates on the lengthy surveys I had created with the popular survey tools.

There had to be an easier way for my users to give me feedback I needed for the insights I wanted. So I set out to build a tool that made it easy to collect feedback, with almost no friction for the user by using simple, well-timed surveys that could be embedded directly into any web app.

Loopbear is the result of that vision. I hope you find it as useful as I do to build better products.
